In this build we have made the following feature improvements;

• Aer Lingus Support - You can now search for and save Aer Lingus flights within Planepoints. We support live seat map and reward seat data as well as AeroLOPA cabin maps across the entire AerLingus fleet.

• AeroLOPA on Alaska - All Alaska Airlines aircraft now have their live seat maps rendered within Planepoints using AeroLOPA’s cabin maps.

• AeroLOPA on Finnair narrow bodies - In addition to Alaska, all Finnair aircraft now have their seat maps rendered using AeroLOPA’s cabin maps.

• Timezone bug fixes - We have made further improvements to our search and calendar functionality to address issues reported by users outside of the GMT timezone.

• Save a flight without having a seat - We’ve improved the text on the ‘save flight’ screen to make it clear that you can save flights without needing to have a seat number.

This week’s update includes the following features and fixes;

• AeroLOPA support for British Airways (BA) short haul planes

• AeroLOPA support for Cathay Pacific (CX)

• Added support for codeshares when searching by flight number

• Airline list is now sorted alphabetically

• New loading screen and animation when opening the app

• Fixed the ‘network error’ screen; it was too sensitive in previous builds

• Multiple fixes to improve general data reliability.

• Flight times are now accurate after daylight saving time ends.

• The aircraft model data in the search results is now correct and cabin availability on Qatar flights no longer has errors.

• General stability improvements to flight departure and arrival times.

Minor fix to the calendar logic that ensured alignment between the date and the day of the week.

This build includes the following fixes and improvements:

• Significant improvement to flight search, almost all routes should now be available (if you find a missing airport, please report this and we can add it straight away).

• The date selector now respects the device setting for ‘First day of the week’.

• ⁠Manchester (MAN) added as a supported airport.

• Airport search now prioritizes the airport’s IATA code over the airport name.

• There is now validation to check the seat number entered by a user is a for the selected flight and the letter is always capitalised.

• If you enter your seat number when saving a flight then we now reflect this on the flight’s seat map.

• Added the AeroLOPA seat maps for BA’s 787-8 variants.

First closed beta release which includes access to;

• Reward seat availability at a flight and cabin level

• Live seat availability integrated within AeroLOPA seat maps
