Back arrow in wrong place (when adding new FF account)
When I go in to add a new Frequent Flyer account, but don’t complete the action, the back button (top left) is in a location up next to the time etc in Apple iPhone which means the arrow does not work.

Same flight number with two sectors
If you have a flight with two sectors example EK385 from Hong Kong to Bangkok, then Bangkok to Dubai. The first flight will only show. You need to add two flights in.

Adding flight but showing wrong destination
Hi I’m trying to add BA16 Departing SIN 23:05 6th March 2027 - LHR arriving 7th March 05:45 But it appears on the app as SYD-SIN I see there is already a notification saying the data maybe wrong for this flight when will there be a fix please ?

How to Enable Actual Phone Notifications?
Is there a way to enable notifications to your phone when you set an alerts? For example… if I request an alert for a seat availability or a reward seat - these should notify by alert on your phone rather than just in the app as I won’t check daily for the updates but need to be notified promptly to secure a seat.

Award seats incorrect data
Was setting alerts for QR962 from doh to dps at 2:10 on 20.4. and three times got award seat alert immidietly on setting up the alert even the app shows correctly in the flight details there is zero availinility for award seats.
