Back arrow in wrong place (when adding new FF account)
When I go in to add a new Frequent Flyer account, but don’t complete the action, the back button (top left) is in a location up next to the time etc in Apple iPhone which means the arrow does not work.
Award Data Incorrect
Award data for BA appears incorrect, at least for some routes. Eg check LHR → BUD for say 8th Sept, app shows 4 flights with lots of availability in business and econ on all flights. Check ba award booking and there’s only 3 physical flights listed that day not 4 and no avail in business on most. Seems consistent with other days as well. Has been like this for over a week.
Aircraft Registration not shown
The aircraft registration of the flight does not show up despite data being available on fr24, Google etc. Found this issue on Finair and Cathay Pacific so far
Unable to find flight via Flight number
Tried to search AA56 via flight number - no flight found. But it is listed when you search MIA to LHR. However, unable to find flight when click on that item

Can’t Add FF Number
Just subscribed but can’t add FF number for BA. Says “An unexpected error occurred”
Upgraded to pro, still showing free
Hello, I upgraded to Pro and the transaction was successful but my account still shows as Free and the Upgrade to Pro no longer does anything.
All BA Business Seats Showing as Blocked
For the past couple of days all business class seats on BA are showing as blocked (i.e. yellow on the map) - even when occupied. Seems to be affecting all flights / dates.
Swiping to delete opens flight info
There appears to be a sensitivity issue with the touch target. When swiping on a card to delete, it opens the flight information instead. Have to go back out to then access the delete button.
Days until departure wrong
Two flights leaving and arriving on same day have different number of days until departure?
Reward availability discrepancy
Reward seats available through BAEC Avios for route KUL-LHR 01OCT2025 on carriers BA and MH but not showing as available on Planepoints.
‘Expired’ Alerts are not removed
Where the date/time of ‘Active Alerts’ have passed these alerts do not seem to be automatically removed from your list of ‘Active Alerts’. If you click on an expired alert you receive a 500 Internal Server Error message. I also don’t see a way to manually remove them either.
Alert time trigger is GMT not local time
Preferred Seat availability alert triggered perfectly but the alert time is wrong in the notifications section of the app. Triggered 8pm local time app reports 4pm
Airline Program Loyalty Link
Love the new Airline Loyalty status linking feature! The BA account linking worked great, but when I tried to link my AA account, I got an error reflecting that there was an invalid loyalty number linked. (Checked my number twice :) I wonder if it may be possible to instead add a program just with the airline and the status level (as that would provide enough information to reflect potential seat availability for some of the loyalty-locked options).
