Back arrow in wrong place (when adding new FF account)

Bug

When I go in to add a new Frequent Flyer account, but don’t complete the action, the back button (top left) is in a location up next to the time etc in Apple iPhone which means the arrow does not work.

    Meant to move this to fixed some time ago, sorry! All working as expected now, as of 1.8.0 app release I believe.
