I received an alert in the app that a specific seat became available. I used the BA website to change to that seat and within a minute opened the Planepoints app to check the roadmap.
This app still shows the seat I was alerted for as empty even though the BA app and Expertflyer confirm that my seat has been changed to it and it should show occupied.
I tried to refresh the Planepoints app or wait 5+ minutes, but it still shows as available.
