Thank you for the update. We checked on 2 test devices on our side and the flight loaded as expected, but we can see in our error logs that you had the issues shared in the screenshots. We’ll need to do some more investigation on our side on how to fix this. Please can you confirm this issue is happening every time you try and load the seat map for the BA107? Thanks for your patience whilst we work through this!

Issue has been resolved for BA109 but the same bug is present with BA107 (9 Jul).
Maybe some context to the flight that could help:
BA105, BA107 & BA109, are all outbound flights to DXB from LHR, they each operate once a day at ~22:30 ~12:50 ~21:30 respectively.
Most aircraft have the new Club Suites but some still run the old Club World, aeroLOPA is up to date on this.
Due to political issues in the Middle East, a week or two ago, a lot of flights on this route were cancelled and rerouted causing a lot of changes to the planes assigned to the route.
Not sure if any of that helps but this is some contextual information I am aware of. I have only seen this issue on this route so far, will report back if the issue presents itself again or presents itself on another flight.

Thanks for the additional details. I’ve just checked all 3 LHR to DXB flights for tomorrow (11th July) appear to be loading correctly, including with the right AeroLOPA seat map to show old club world vs new club suites. Please can you take a look and confirm you’re seeing the same?

Sorry for the late response, have just checked LHR-DXB for 17th July, issue is present with BA107.
BA109 and BA105 are presenting correctly.
I have attached screenshots of the problematic flight if that helps.
Does not show business class at all.
Plenty of seats available.

Thanks for reporting this - definitely an issue on our side that we will investigate and ensure it doesn’t happen on future flights.
