Layout change push notifications

Right now the app checks for seat map layout changes when you open it.

Would it be possible to automatically check in the background and notify users when the layout changes? This would enable us to grab better seats if/when it does.

I imagine this will become more and more common as BA is refitting their 789 fleet.
