Thanks for reporting this - we have a known issue with the availability status we get back from our GDS partner, where premium and exit row seats are often shown as blocked when they are in fact occupied (or available to users that have some status). We’re working on a fix, but it’s going to take a number of weeks to have this available in the app I’m afraid.
